Right to return

If your order didn't delight you, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel to return it without giving a reason.

Shipping

We ship within Poland (InPost Parcel Locker, InPost Courier, DPD, DHL, Orlen Paczka) and to selected EU countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia (international courier).

Each t-shirt and bodysuit is tailor-made on demand — we don't keep warehouse stock, also not for kids. This is what defines our quality: organic cotton, hand-embroidered details, slow fashion.

Order fulfillment time:

production: up to 7 business days from payment confirmation,
shipping: up to 5 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Total: up to 12 business days from order payment to receiving the parcel.

How to return your order?

Write to us
Send an e-mail to mananadulce.store@gmail.com with information about your return request. Include your order number.
Pack the t-shirt
Pack the product — preferably in the original packaging, but not required. The t-shirt should be unused, with tags attached.
Send the parcel
Send the parcel to: iSolutions Dawid Pawulski, ul. Bobrowiecka 10B/116, 00-728 Warszawa, Poland. The buyer covers the return shipping costs.
You'll receive a refund
Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, we will refund you the full amount (product price + original shipping cost, if you chose the standard option) to the same account from which the payment was made.

What about complaints?

If the t-shirt has a defect (damaged embroidery, tear, size mistake on our side) — you have the right to file a complaint under warranty.

Simply write to mananadulce.store@gmail.com with a description of the problem and attach a photo. We will review the complaint within 14 days. If the defect is on our side — we cover the return shipping costs as well as replacement or repair.

T-shirt color personalization

All t-shirts can be returned. You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return without giving a reason — whether you chose the standard color set or composed your own version with different t-shirt colors or embroideries.

Returned t-shirts should be unused, with tags. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the same account from which payment was made.
