Right to return

If your order didn't delight you, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel to return it without giving a reason.

Shipping

We ship within Poland (InPost Parcel Locker, InPost Courier, DPD, DHL, Orlen Paczka) and to selected EU countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia (international courier).

Each t-shirt and bodysuit is tailor-made on demand — we don't keep warehouse stock, also not for kids. This is what defines our quality: organic cotton, hand-embroidered details, slow fashion.

Order fulfillment time:

Total: up to 12 business days from order payment to receiving the parcel.

How to return your order?

  1. Write to us
    Send an e-mail to mananadulce.store@gmail.com with information about your return request. Include your order number.
  2. Pack the t-shirt
    Pack the product — preferably in the original packaging, but not required. The t-shirt should be unused, with tags attached.
  3. Send the parcel
    Send the parcel to: iSolutions Dawid Pawulski, ul. Bobrowiecka 10B/116, 00-728 Warszawa, Poland. The buyer covers the return shipping costs.
  4. You'll receive a refund
    Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, we will refund you the full amount (product price + original shipping cost, if you chose the standard option) to the same account from which the payment was made.

What about complaints?

If the t-shirt has a defect (damaged embroidery, tear, size mistake on our side) — you have the right to file a complaint under warranty.

Simply write to mananadulce.store@gmail.com with a description of the problem and attach a photo. We will review the complaint within 14 days. If the defect is on our side — we cover the return shipping costs as well as replacement or repair.

T-shirt color personalization — important

Standard sets can be returned. All t-shirts in the default color (as shown in the set presentation on the home page — e.g. Cappuccino for mom in Café Set, Espresso for dad) can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason.

Personalized t-shirts — no returns. If you choose a t-shirt color in the configurator other than the default for a given person in the set, the t-shirt is made according to your individual specification. According to art. 38 point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1796), the right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to the consumer in respect of contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy their individualized needs.

When choosing a color other than the default, we display a clear notice about losing the right to return — by selecting this option, you confirm that you have been informed about this before placing the order.

Personalized t-shirts are still subject to complaints under warranty — if they have a production defect, we repair or replace them.
