Terms of Service
Note: This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is the legally binding one. In case of discrepancy, the Polish text prevails.
§1. Preliminary provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules and conditions for providing services and selling goods in the online store operating at mananadulce.store (hereinafter: the "Store").
The Seller and Store owner is:

Tax ID (NIP): 7162712622 · REGON: 388014808
e-mail: mananadulce.store@gmail.com
These Terms apply to Consumers (natural persons making purchases unrelated to their business or professional activity), Entrepreneurs with consumer rights (natural persons conducting business activity who make purchases unrelated to their professional activity), and Entrepreneurs using the Store.
By placing an order, the Buyer declares that they have read the Terms and accept their provisions.
§2. Definitions
- Seller — iSolutions Dawid Pawulski based in Puławy, Poland.
- Buyer — any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store.
- Consumer — a natural person making a legal transaction with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Store — the online store operated by the Seller at mananadulce.store.
- Product — embroidered t-shirt and other goods offered for sale in the Store.
- Order — a declaration of the Buyer's will directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller.

- Terms — these Store Terms of Service.
§3. Contact with the Seller
The Buyer can contact the Seller:
- by e-mail: mananadulce.store@gmail.com
- by post: ul. gen. Madalińskiego 31, 24-100 Puławy, Poland
§4. Technical requirements
To use the Store, including browsing the assortment and placing orders, the following are required:
- a terminal device with Internet access and a web browser supporting HTML5 and JavaScript,
- an active e-mail account,
- enabled cookie support.
§5. General information about products
All Products offered in the Store are new, free of physical and legal defects, and have been legally placed on the Polish market.
Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all components, including taxes. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are indicated when placing an Order.
Our t-shirts are tailor-made on demand — each piece is produced specifically for your order. This is what defines our quality: real organic cotton, hand-embroidered details, slow fashion approach instead of mass production from warehouse stock. The production time is the trade-off — and we believe it's worth it.
This applies to all our products, including kids' t-shirts and bodysuits — we do not keep ready-made stock.
Product information presented on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.
§6. Placing orders
To place an Order, the Buyer:
- selects Product(s) and adds them to the cart,
- proceeds to the cart and chooses the delivery method and payment method,
- provides the data necessary for order fulfillment (first name, last name, delivery address, contact details),
- reads the Terms and accepts their provisions,
- places the Order by clicking "Order and pay" (or equivalent),
- makes payment according to the chosen method.
The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order, which the Seller confirms by e-mail sent to the address provided by the Buyer.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are processed on the first following business day.
§7. Payment methods
The Store enables the following payment methods:
- online payment via Przelewy24 operator (PayPro S.A.) — fast transfer, BLIK, payment card,
- other methods available in the Shopify cart at the time of placing the Order.
The Buyer is obliged to make payment within 3 business days from the date of placing the Order. In case of no payment within this period, the Order is cancelled.
§8. Delivery
Delivery of Products takes place within Poland and selected European Union countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, and Slovakia.
Available delivery methods:
Poland:
- InPost Parcel Locker 24/7 (pickup point),
- InPost Courier (door-to-door delivery),
- DPD Courier (door-to-door delivery),

- Orlen Paczka (pickup point).
Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia:
- International courier (door-to-door delivery).
Delivery costs are presented to the Buyer when placing the Order, before its final confirmation, and depend on the chosen method and destination country.
Order fulfillment time includes:
- production time: up to 7 business days from payment confirmation (every t-shirt and bodysuit is tailor-made on demand — there is no warehouse stock, even for kids),
- delivery time: up to 5 business days depending on the chosen carrier and destination.
The total time from order payment to receiving the parcel is usually up to 12 business days.
The Seller informs the Buyer about the shipment by e-mail with a tracking number.
§9. Right of withdrawal from the contract
A Consumer and Entrepreneur with consumer rights who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in this paragraph.
The 14-day period runs from the day on which the Consumer or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the Consumer took possession of the Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unambiguous statement — sent by post or e-mail to mananadulce.store@gmail.com. The Consumer may use the withdrawal form template attached to the Polish Consumer Rights Act (this is not mandatory).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller returns to the Consumer all payments received from them, including the cost of delivering the Product (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Seller), without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
Payment will be refunded using the same payment methods used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another solution. The Consumer does not bear any fees in connection with this refund.
The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the Product back or until receiving proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
The Consumer should return or hand over the Product to the Seller without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends the Product before the expiry of 14 days.
Return address for the Product: iSolutions Dawid Pawulski, ul. Bobrowiecka 10B/116, 00-728 Warszawa, Poland.
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to the Consumer in relation to contracts specified in art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, in particular:
- in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy their individualized needs (art. 38 point 3).
Application of the exception to the Store's offer:
- Standard catalog offer (Café Set, Dulce Set and analogous sets — with the default t-shirt color for each person in the set, presented on the home page) is subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. A standard catalog product is not covered by the exception from art. 38 point 3.
- T-shirt color personalization — if the Consumer chooses a t-shirt color in the configurator other than the default for a given person in the set (e.g. changes Cappuccino to another available color) during ordering, the Product is made according to the Consumer's individual specification. Such a t-shirt constitutes an item manufactured according to the Consumer's specification within the meaning of art. 38 point 3 of the Act and is not subject to the right of withdrawal from the contract.
- The Consumer is clearly informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal before confirming the order — the information is visible directly in the configurator when choosing a color other than the default. Placing an order with a personalized color constitutes confirmation of having read this information and consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal.
- Personalized t-shirts are still subject to complaints under warranty for defects (§10) — the exception from art. 38 point 3 applies only to the right of withdrawal from the contract, not to the Seller's liability for Product defects.
§10. Complaints (warranty for defects)
The Seller is liable to the Buyer for physical and legal defects of the Product (warranty) in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
In the case of a Product defect, the Buyer may:
- request replacement of the Product with one free of defects,
- request removal of the defect (repair),
- submit a declaration of price reduction — unless the Seller immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the Buyer replaces the Product with one free of defects or removes the defect,
- submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract — unless the defect is insignificant.
The Buyer submits the complaint:
- by e-mail: mananadulce.store@gmail.com,
- by post: ul. gen. Madalińskiego 31, 24-100 Puławy, Poland.
The complaint should contain: the Buyer's first and last name, Order number, description of the defect, date of its discovery, the Buyer's request, and preferred method of contact.
The Seller considers the complaint within 14 days from its receipt and informs the Buyer about the way it is handled.
The Seller's failure to respond to the Consumer's complaint within 14 days means that the complaint has been recognized as justified.
The cost of shipping the complained Product is covered by the Seller (in case of complaint approval).
§11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Consumer has the option to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims:
- contacting the permanent amicable consumer court at the voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection,
- contacting the voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings,
- assistance from the municipal (poviat) consumer ombudsman or social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (including Federation of Consumers).
The online dispute resolution platform between consumers and entrepreneurs at the EU level is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (ODR platform).
§12. Personal data
The controller of Buyers' personal data is the Seller: iSolutions Dawid Pawulski, ul. gen. Madalińskiego 31, 24-100 Puławy, Poland.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Order fulfillment (basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance),
- issuing accounting documents and fulfilling legal obligations (basis: art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- marketing of the Seller's own products — only based on the Buyer's consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy.
§13. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by the Terms, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code, the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights, the Act of July 18, 2002 on Provision of Services by Electronic Means, and GDPR.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms for important reasons, in particular in the case of changes in the law, changes in payment and delivery methods — to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the Terms.
The Seller will inform Buyers about each change at least 7 days in advance by publishing on the Store's website and by e-mail (for registered users).
Orders placed before the changes to the Terms come into force are processed under the previous rules.
The Terms are valid from June 1, 2026.
