How long does the order take?
Each t-shirt and bodysuit is tailor-made on demand — we don't keep warehouse stock, also not for kids. This is what defines our quality: organic cotton, hand-embroidered details, slow fashion approach. Production takes up to 7 business days from payment confirmation, plus up to 5 business days for shipping. Total: up to 12 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Current shipping methods and costs are visible in the cart after entering your address. We deliver within Poland and selected EU countries.
How to return an order?
You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return without giving a reason. Details on the procedure can be found on the Returns & complaints page.
How to choose the right size?
Our t-shirts have a unisex oversized cut — specially designed with extra room. We recommend choosing a size smaller than usual, especially for women. Be sure to check our size guide before ordering.
What are the t-shirts made of?
We use organic cotton t-shirts certified GOTS and OEKO-TEX. Full material specifications (weight, fit, certificates) are available below.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use the Przelewy24 payment operator — you can pay by BLIK, credit/debit card, or fast online transfer. All methods are visible in the cart at checkout.
Can I order a t-shirt with custom embroidery?
Currently we only offer our catalog sets — each with a carefully selected motif and color palette. We are working on expanding the offer, so it's worth following us on Instagram.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes — when placing your order, enter your company details (name, address, tax ID) in the notes field. We will issue a VAT invoice and send it with the order or by email.
